PROM 2013 Information

CHS Prom 2013 Information and Policies – Distributed 01/11/2013

6:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Students must be picked up within 15-minutes after the scheduled ending time)

Ticket Prices: Tickets will be on sale March 25

th to April 5th for $65 for CHS students and will increase to $75 beginning April 15th. The last day to purchase tickets is Wednesday, April 17th. Tickets for a non-Campbell guest will be an additional $10. Students can purchase tickets at the school store during their assigned lunch or before school in room 701. The last day to purchase tickets is April 17th

. If you purchase your ticket after spring break only cash or money orders will be accepted.

Who can attend Prom 2013?

 All Juniors and Seniors at Campbell High School. Each student is eligible to bring one guest to prom.

 Non Campbell students and underclassmen are welcome to attend as a guest of a junior or senior.

 Permission slips will be available starting in March. All students must have complete permission slips turned in by Monday, April 15, 2013 in order to attend prom.

Students must attend school all day on Friday, April 19

th to attend prom so please keep that in mind when making appointments.

Who cannot attend Prom 2013?

 Students who have 5 or more UNEXCUSED TARDIES (accumulated after 01/22/2013) are unable to attend prom.

 Students who have 5 or more UNEXCUSED ABSENCES (accumulated after 01/22/2013) are unable to attend prom.

 Students assigned ISS or OSS after March 29, 2013. This means if you are suspended or placed in ISS for 3 days on March 27

th or after you cannot attend prom.

 Any student with major unpaid fines or fees.

 Students not attending school all day on Friday, April 19

th

. Dress Code: "Keep it Classy"

-Formal attire is required (dress suit or tuxedo)

-Dresses must be of appropriate length

-Dresses should not be too low cut or revealing

-See-through apparel and dresses are not permitted

Refunds will not be given for prom tickets.

Prom tickets are non-transferrable so please do not buy one from a friend. When a ticket is purchased, it can only be used by the person who actually came to the table to purchase the ticket.

PROM 2012

Where: Fernbank Musuem

Date: Saturday, May 5, 2012

Time: 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Tickets can be purchased everyday at the school store during all lunches.  Current ticket prices are $65 and will increase to $75 after March 30th.  Non CHS student tickets are an additional $10. 

NEW POLICY:  Students with more than 5 unexcused tardies and/or unexcused absneces during the second semester will not be able to attend prom.  Also, students that have been assigned ISS or OSS after April 20, 2012 will not be able to attend prom.  There will be NO ticket refunds given.
